Founded in 1987 as a family business, Jolly Properties is headquartered in northwest Houston, Texas at our Willow Centre location. Our complexes are preferred locations for attorneys, CPA’s, medical offices, architects, hair salons and other businesses. A fitness center and a business center providing larger meeting areas are common to all complexes and they are available to each owner and tenant. The layout lends itself to another significant feature for our clients, walk in traffic. They appreciate the additional business without the extra advertisement.
